Microwave: Completely defrosted: Remove the sleeve and pierce the plastic film twice. Microwave at 100% power for 2 minutes. Allow to stand for another 2 minutes. Use caution when peeling the film as steam will evaporate. Stir the courgettes to freshen them up.
